Obviously it happened and is way hotter than climate change deniers can think clearly and can form rational responses to.

what’s way hotter. Compared to the ideal temp of the earth? Which is what again?

when you can't answer a simple question, you must deflect ... the dim Alinsky way.

Hotter is better, I am getting old and in a monogamous relationship, but I still like to look at the pictures of the menu items that are not on my diet. the hotter it is the less clothes women wear.

This was my post criticizing the "PAUSE", deniers used to cast doubt on the increasing rise in global temperatures...
Global warming 'pause' has ended, warns Met Office
https://www.independent.co.uk/enviro...-a7955076.html
Professor Stephen Belcher, the Met’s chief scientist, said: “After a period during the early 2000s when the rise in global mean temperature slowed, the values in 2015 and 2016 broke records and passed one degree Celsius above pre-industrial levels.
“Data from the Met Office shows that the long-term rate of global warming has now returned to the level seen in the second half of the 20th century.”
The so-called pause was exploited by climate science deniers, who insisted it showed the science was wrong and, therefore, should be ignored.
.................................................. ............
So this year absolutely proved deniers were absolutely wrong.
We have had a dozen threads about climate change and "what is the "ideal" or correct temperature the Earth should be" comes up like bobble heads mouthing irrelevant garbage.
I have answered that many times. My latest observation is limited to how climate deniers got their "Pause" projections absolutely wrong.
Buh bye

Hint: It is not what the ideal temperature should be, it is how fast it changes.

I remember a 40 degree change in 4 hours once in the upper Midwest, is that too fast?
I like how now cities full of libs are heat sinks with their high rise apartments, asphalt roads and roofs, and thousands of cars. I wonder if average temperatures there have change during the last 200 years?
