Talking Favorite Holiday Movies

It's that time of year again to microwave some popcorn and get a box of Kleenex tissues.
My favorite is the original Miracle on 34Th Street with Natalie Wood, Maureen O' Hare
And Edmund Gwenn. I liked the remake in 1994 with Richard Attenborough as Santa.
Years ago It would have been On Free T.V on Thanksgiving Day,and another 20 times between Thanksgiving And Christmas.Another favorite is The Bells of Saint Mary
With Ingrid Bergman and Bing Crosby. How Can I forget Planes,Train's and Automobiles.
I saw this with my late wife it was our 2nd date. John Candy and Steve Martin had me
laughing so hard I had an asthma attack. IF You have Optimum T.V. it's on tonight
POP TV Channel 154. Enjoy

Jimmy

Bad Santa, I strangely don't have the attention span for long serious movies.

I recommend, if you haven't seen it....The Bear- Season 2 episode 6.
This is a star studded episode taking place at Christmas dinner. It's terrific.

Sicario: Day of the Soldado

The very start of the movie when they go into the market is what might be next for us.

i'm getting that heavy feeling again swift hittah...

why are you all alone in this thing baa-shoe?

some others:

anything hallmark:
she's cute, curvy, young, highly successful and in reality only attainable by professional hockey players or pa vip members BUT yet in this two hour escape she needs a small town loser like myself to reestablish a natural yin yang balance to the world that will last at least through the nfl playoffs!

halloween 1-5: part 3 maybe even underrated with its illuminati themes and great ending to part 4!!

charlie brown shows: not really movie length but traditional favorites to lead into each holiday!

That was a stressful & chaotic episode to watch. Extreme closeups and quick shot changes.
Jamie Lee Curtis & Bob Odenkirk

Miracle On 34th Street is my favorite holiday movie by far

But it was probably one of the best single episodes of any TV series I've ever seen...extremely well done and amazing to watch.
