Are you in a uniform or can you use some of that very good high tech clothing that is both cool and sun-protective? I have a few such pieces and they are so lightweight you can't even tell you're wearing anything long sleeved. Took me a while to find the good ones, so many of the companies say they have these things but their stuff is crap (Columbia).

Most people in my age group really didn't know until late in life either, so I hear you on that.

When I was a child growing up in Florida, doctors thought the sun was "good for your little ones" .....I see photos of myself and other kids back then and we were all pretty *tanned*. Sun damage isn't usually caused "in the moment" anyway.....it's from what we did 30-45 years ago. So now it's likely too late to un-do the damage.

Hope the herbs help. Most likely they will.

I have seen studies showing that people who got skin cancer lived longer than people who didn't. A lot of homeless people are getting infected with Covid 19 but rarely do they die or have bad symptoms. Stay on that Vitamin D train!

Wuhu Flu now goes back to Dec. 27 in France

PARIS (Reuters) - A French hospital which has retested old samples from pneumonia patients discovered that it treated a man who had COVID-19 as early as Dec. 27, nearly a month before the French government confirmed its first cases.

More people have died from covid than have been previously reported.

That much is crystal clear.

By the way, we didn't shutdown in '57 or 67 and didn't have our liberties trampled on by Medical Officers laying down edicts with restrictions on our behavior.
At one time Medical quarantines were for "the sick."
In this one healthy people (and their businesses) were shutdown.

Neither of these previous influenza's as bad as they were, used mitigation measures. Nor did either spread as quickly as covid-19. (RO number). Do you know hospitalization rates? Were U.S. hospitals overwhelmed?

Neither is a fair comparison to our present situation

Nothing definite, but in this case probably can't hurt. Vitamin D deficiency is linked to other harmful conditions and is easy enough to fix.
