Very YUGE Medicaid Modifications in KY

Kentucky is first state ever to require Medicaid recipients to work

Of course, this will be challenged in court. I wonder if Medicaid's "mission" is explicitly stated in the law?

Should have been a requirement from day one. Even if it's running the ladle at the soup kitchen.
