NYRA hires NFL NY Giants Executive
Hope this wasn't posted anywhere where I didn't see it
http://www.drf.com/news/nyra-hires-f...ting-executive
NYRA has hired Rodnell Workman who senior marketing manager for the NY Giants from 2002 to 2009. NYRA never has had a Chief Marketing manager position before so I see this as great move by NYRA . Thoughts?

I'll bet Mr.Workman wishes he had a pick-5 wager with a 10% takeout to market.

With a crack staff like this, sky's the limit.
The NYRA oversight board meets in the Capitol on Tuesday June 26, 2012 in Albany, NY.
Facing the camera from left to right are Ellen McClain, NYRA President, Suzanne Stover, NYRA CFO
Hal Handal, NYRA General Counsel and Rodnell Workman, NYRA Vice President Marketing.

More shoddy reporting, courtesy Times Union/Albany.

Andy Cuomo refers to NYRA as "a long-troubled agency.” If that be the case, rest assured as THIS current crew in place seems the most apt of them all.

OK, I'll bite. What causes your lack of faith at such an early juncture? Or are you posting just to post? Ala Detective Goren.

Don't be sill. You know I lack depth in these trivial matters but I've had enough business experience to look across a table and see a crew that looks likely to be deer caught in headlights in crunch situations and I trust 'crunch' is about to happen.
Best of luck to 'em.

Surely someone with your obvious business expertise and extensive experience has a more efficient way to spend your time than to attempt to analyze the body language of a group of people (who you couldn't pick out of a lineup) in a still photograph.
The NYRA criticism gets more and more ridiculous by the day.

Next up will be an analysis of courtroom-like drawings and the future of the Travers Stakes. Stay-tuned.
