The Story's better in person but it goes like this.
Its a racing family that owns it.
I heard it was empty due to death in family.
I offered to use it 4 months and full cash.
Sister said yes, brother said no.
I offered 6 months and pay in full cash.
Both said yes.
Racing memorabilia here includes autograph pictures by Jimmy Kroll who owned and trained , Mike smith stayed here, and theres art of sports illustrated covers from the 70’s, an equine library with leather bound American Racing manuals from 1960 to 75.
Its a yolo play. Im broke & living on credit cards. I frequently make decisions as if I’ll be going to the electric chair next month. Its a lifestyle 
Went today. Finally saw a FULL width use of the screen and its awesome! I’m right there on apron, one eye screen, one eye live, Peter Aiello blasting. Good experience
If you saw him on TV today, u saw me, I followed him around all-day.
