The tracks/states should take the silly breakage and send THAT to horse charities...not hit up their customers....again....

I like it.
I don't understand the tax implications (vs. normal Charitable donations), but I like the feature.

1000% agree. I can't believe (well, I can) that this never came up during the BS in California. Would be a no-brainer IMO.

Nice pics, Suff. Tampa is the only FL I've been to so far, but I will hit up GP at some point before I die...

...unless it's 6 feet under water.

What came through here last night was Biblical rain. It woke me up and sounded as if it was pounding on my place with a sledge hammer. Walls of water moving at high rates of speed. Boom-boom-boom at a steady cadence of 7-10 seconds. Loud.

Swung in today for a look-see

Feeling better about my Walking Ring seats now that I see a stage being built right smack dab on top of it. This is all new today.

Surface check , this was 2pm. Still some water in it but by Thursday this isgoing to be a nice track. Xmas day sunny, hot, breezy.

When I tell something like a tornado came through here, I’m not blowing smoke.

This is a canal behind the 7 furlong chute, about 1/2 mile away as the crow flys, these are the condo towers you see coming out of the first turn.

Down at the mill

Also heard a crazy rumor that XPressbet is being sold and changing its name to new owner next week.

Party in the Park. Miami Style

It turns out that the stage was temporary, for NYE party. I went by earlier in the day and saw they moved it and were putting in bars for the party. I went to the event, I had a great time and it was packed.

Suff Ball

Speaking of bucket lists, I hit one. I took over the Penthouse unit of this building on Dec 1. This happened sooner than I expected. Great Views of Gulfstream Park and the Ocean.

That's my spot. Top floor.

Northeast View off the living area.

Gulfsteam Park view from my bedroom. That's the hard rock guitar casino off in the distance.

Go big or go home...that was your motto years ago...good to see it's paying off.

Today at the track.

$11.00 for 4 tracks, and 2 of those run at night. Criminals.

The glass came in. looks nice with the high quality wicker seating

I see what they're doing now. Blowing out the VIP boxes, stretching out the grandstand seating and putting an outdoor bar , below the VIP's. Nice spots.
