The temperature of the core is about 10,800 degrees F, about the same as the surface of the sun.
We'll have to ask boxcar exactly why God decided to start with molten iron in the center of the earth 6,000 years ago.

That is an entirely different subject. But first it is about time you admitted we have a problem and people like you are responsible. for proclaiming loudly and ignorantly there is none, and there is nothing we can do about it. So why bother?

1-I am forced by those of you claiming there is no consensus to post similar info every few months when I allow myself to get pulled into all of this (and yours) utter nonsense.
2-Not all scientific organizations do all their own field studies or own research.
Many review their colleagues work and do peer-review. Your do know of course your rather assholean criticism also applies to climate denier groups. [B]Who do NO original field work or research WHATSOEVER!!!.
3. East Anglia and "climategate" has been debunked by 5 or so independent commissions. When you guys run out of logic you reach for dirt. The playbook of the alt right first expressed itself in bogus climate studies and conspiracy theories of an Al Gore International Socialist/Bildedrberg cosmic coalition paying off every legitimate scientific voice supporting the consensus. Oh, did I say first, not quite, the tobacco industry first developed manufacturing of false claims as a model for the alt right playbook. You gents are pathetic .

Not only is the Al Gore International Socialist/Bildedrberg Cosmic Coalition paying off every single legitimate scientific voice, it is also paying off the military. Damn how cosmic of Al and his socialist stooges.
Climate Change Is a Concern for the U.S. Military
http://www.middaydaily.com/climate-c...concern/26065/
...The military feels like the phenomena in our natural world is also a risk for the national security. Three documents debating this problem have been issued by former U.S. officers, who are now retired. They ask for a new approach to these environmental challenges.
.............................
hey Clocker I guess you and your delusional climate denier buddies can not take the pentagon seriously since they also " have no independent evidence" ?

hcap, why do you get so visibly angry in your postings when you are challenged on here about this particular topic?
If global warming or whatever the hell it's called these days is settled science, then you have nothing to worry about. You should have 99.9% of the population on your side. Why do you bother getting steamed here in off topic because you can't convert that last .1%
Unless...you're way less convinced YOURSELF and you're doing this FOR YOUR own well being and to settle things in your head? Trying to convince yourself while you try and convince others?
That's the only way I can rationalize you putting this much effort and this much energy on this topic, which, according to you, is a done deal and accepted by most....so you can indeed relax...unless....

The less justified a man is in claiming excellence for his own self, the more ready is he to claim all excellence for his nation, his religion, his race or his holy cause.

So the climate-hysteria movement needs a new approach. It has to in essence redefine what a hurricane is so that what had before been tropical storms and hurricanes that didn't make landfall will in the future be catastrophic "hurricanes" or "extreme weather" events that they can point to as proof that their fever dreams are indeed reality.
After Matthew dumped more than 17 inches of rain in North Carolina, science editor Andrew Freedman wrote in Mashable that "it's time to face the fact that the way we measure hurricanes and communicate their likely impacts is seriously flawed. "
"We need a new hurricane intensity metric," he said, "that more accurately reflects a storm's potential to cause death and destruction well inland."

In 50 years or so some liberal/socialist president will be demanding trillions of dollars to save the tropics from the inevitable ice age that will cause catastrophic damage unless we act immediately. There will be some guy on here like hcap that is convinced the end is near unless we give up all our money to save the next great hoax.
The four biggest hoax ever invented.
1 Big Foot
2 Loch Ness monster
3 mid life crises
4 global warming/climate change
