As a juror, you have to place yourself there and ask whether what he did was reasonable for the conditions he was under. I think so even if I think he was dumb for being there. I look at him and don't see a bad person. Just naïve and someone older should have counseled him better that day.
You can hold that trigger till the cows come home. You know what's not gonna happen? The next shot... semi auto man. You know that. Unless you stating you'd of got your head beat in with the skateboard or shot in the head. Either way the kid showed remarkable control.

Neither of those two things were related to the first shooting.

So them yelling and screaming kill him he's the one... chasing him down ... was just a coincidence... okay. Either way he had to defend himself from multiple people who wanted to harm him. Self defense is not a one and done situation... it goes till all threats stop.

But my post was pointed to turker6 holding down trigger. And trying to understand his context. Nothing with the trial.

When he fired the 4 shots, there was no crowd attacking him with guns or skateboards. That came later.

Witnesses: Threat, lunge for gun from 1st Rittenhouse victim:
https://mycbs4.com/news/nation-world...dly-to-pursuer

Quote:
Richie McGinniss, who was recording events on a cellphone that night for the conservative website The Daily Caller, testified that Joseph Rosenbaum, the first man shot that night, was killed after chasing down Rittenhouse and lunging for the gun.

“I think it was very clear to me that he was reaching specifically for the weapon,” McGinniss said.

From the 32 minute video towards the top of the page at the above link:

9:00 minute mark - Witness testifies Rittenhouse stopped and turned because it looked like he had run into a corner or dead end.

16:00 minute mark - Prosecutor freezes overhead drone video and asks witness to describe what he saw.

Watch and listen from there.

Any judge can override a guilty verdict from the jury. He should if it comes to that. He can call for a mistrial at any time, he is waiting to see how the jury votes.

And this story will drop faster than Brian Laundrie found in the desert, the news cycle jumps to the part of the country where it sells to those who have seat belts on their living room sets.

This case and the correct result showed the world, once again, that the media is the ENEMY of this country.

The liberal media had him convicted without a doubt, Senile Joe branded him a white supremacist.

Mr Sanderman... send me your team. They need to be sued again for convicting me in the media. And let's not forget about sleepy Joe.
