Am I eating right? I’m trying but not too successful. I’m too fond of sweets and salty snacks. Since my heart attack last November and after some rehab, I have been going to the fitness center three times a week and exercising an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half each time. My weight is pretty steady-between 193 and 198 pounds,
No, I am not going around doing the things you ask in paragraph three because neither I nor those others are contagious.
