Did Rosario move to soon.
Watching Animal Kingdom take the lead at 1/4 pole was a bit shocking. Did Rosario move to soon?

have to watch it a few more times, it was too close for me to tell on first viewing.
He could have totally disrespected the 3 Salto, and made one run.
As it went, he was in great position, but got outgrinded by our grade1 grinder 2 Point of Entry.
Will have to watch the 4 again, as he got a good prep race and instead of settling from the gate went needlessly wide from the beginning. Maybe he always wants that horse wide.

Did you scratch your head at those fractions? That 3rd quarter was in 22 and change; final five furlongs in 56 and change. Geez.

I discounted Unbridled Command because he has never ran against elders. He is going to be a nice addition to the Turf Handicapper ranks. I had heard an interview with Irwin this week and he was befuddled at the ability of Shug to get Johnny V anytime. I am becoming a big fan of Point of Entry.
25.07 for the first quarter was a pretty big indicator of nobody but Salto wanting the lead. 50.02 and 1.13 must have gotten Rosario's clock to go off. Animal Kingdom looked to be trying to lug out and was on the wrong lead from the 1/16th pole home.

I think your assessment is right on. I wish Animal Kingdom all the best in Dubai but he has his work cut out for him. Rosario rode a good race.

For those watching GP today, you are getting very good examples of some very nice physical appearances. Just bet big on Fort Loudon as he looked a million in the post parade.

You like anyone in this turf race (race 10) ?
Only counts before the race .
I think Channel Lady is going to prove a late developer and turn the tables on hard not to like. She looks in good condition.
Kya one and Abaco are dangerous as well.
- Yea Animal Kingdom got out-dueled and it threw him off stride a little, his head also was a little bit high entering the stretch.

I have no doubt FL looked like a million.
However, many that appear that way can be bought for a substantial discount after they lose. Reporting only the winners, not meaningful.

Come on really man, I was making a point about how the horses look. I have no reason to tout my selections just that Fort Loudon looked like a million bucks in the post parade. Are you really gonna go there? How about we post our physical selections in the selections thread before each race and go head to head? I have not even looked at the PP'S for the 11th.

I wanted to bet Fort Loudon and liked the odds,as soon as I saw him I bet immediately! They scratched my horse Leading Astray in the Suwanee and Csaba had no excuses in the Donn!I thought he was sitting on a big one.Very impressive run by Graydar in 4th start still eligible for N2X and wins a G1.Wow!.What did he look like TFH?We might have a new player here.I missed this post parade because I was still eating breakfast!!
Odds and looks always decide the bets for me.And in no particular order.I'll still make a play if a horse looks "normal",but I'll bet more if he or she looks great.Nothing technical, but it works and I feel comfortable with my observations.
