It is up and running:

https://bet.horseplayersbet.com/

They're powered by, and I quote:

powered by eBet Technologies, Inc. through its fully licensed Multi-Jurisdictional Account Wagering Hub in the State of Oregon. All wagers placed through HPBet are commingled with partnered Host Track pari-mutuel pools.
eBet Technologies also provides their services to Mohegan Sun Casino in CT...

Without getting too complicated, Horseplayersbet is not affiliated with Penn Gaming. Penn Gaming owns EbetUSA. EbetUSA is a different entity than eBet Technologies, Inc. is.

One more thing. I opened a new PA account today upon deciding to advertise.
I'm aka Cangamble.

Horseplayersbet does not take Canadian residents at this time.

There are a few states that we are not allowed to take customers from. California is one of them.

Do you take Texas players and do you allow them to wager on Texas tracks?
