How out of step is the breakdown rate on the new surface compared with some of the larger clusters of breakdowns on the old artificial surface?
It would be interesting if we had access to these types of OFFICIAL statistics...not just some dude with a blog who is allegedly keeping count.

The first year of Pro Ride was bad but last year was unusually safe as far as fatalities although they did have a lot of hind end injuries.
I can't believe they spent all that money on a new surface and screwed it up. It is my understanding that this surface is not what the Trainers wanted but they went with Frank's guy from Florida to make the final decision. The Trainers are not happy.
