Youtube sucks. I had a video of a professional sporting event up there for ONE YEAR and then got an e mail that there is a copyright infringement and they removed the video. i e mailed them back and said that i had this up for a year, why take it down now? I also told them that very simliar videos are up for the same sport, why was my video singled out for removal?
They just do whatever they want, if they want to take down your video they will and give you no reasons.

More likely it's Mendes that sucks...he started this and youtube is going to finish it...I also noticed that quite a lot of video clips for movie trailers were also removed...youtube is covering it's collective a$$ on this.
Let's hope that after Mendes cannot give youtube any proof of his allegations, that partymanners and any other video's that are gone now...will return.
I hope we get an update on this soon...we're missing a lot by not having partymanners on youtube.

Man I SO hope this gets settled the right way and the videos go back up on Youtube. What a shame!
Jognlope some idiot claimed the videos were his and that he didn't give partymanners the rights to post them. So he told youtube that and the account was shut down.

The latest information from YouTube states 10 to 14 business days from the date of my counter-claim.. The 10th business day is tomorrow. They really drag things out...
The individual who orchestrated all of this actually contacted me through email.. Hie ego is still completely out of control, I did not give him the satisfaction of a response...
