First flash is irrelevant in those small pools, especially so if she went off at 17-1 against a 20-1 M/L.

I've been meaning to mention something on PA but keep forgetting. If you have a hot horse at a track that doesn't take much action through the totes why the hell would you ever put your money through the tote and not offshore? Whoever pounded this horse deserves the price they got. People need to realize that betting these types of tracks offshore offers way more value because their large wagers will not adjust the odds and you will in return get a much larger payoff.

I'm sure the offshore books won't tolerate sharp action at small tracks.
They reduce their limits for these tracks, and while you may get a
score out of them once, you are pretty likely to get your account closed.
