The incredible Fantastical, 8th at Delta (Feb 14)

He's coming off 6 wins in a row, 7 of his last 8 and in 6 of his last 8, he won by a nose, neck or head. His last 5 wins were all by a nose, neck or a head. I know i've never seen this before, 5 small margin wins in a row, lets see what happens tonight!

yes, he disappointed the crowd, they were hoping to see him continue his nose, neck, head streak!

He powered away strongly under " The Sensation" Nieves.

Was this what the trip handicappers would call a "perfect trip"?

The guy was trying to get off the rail and into the clear, but he was kept pinned in down the stretch for the first time, it worked out well for him.

He returns tonight in the nightcap at Evd.

Im going to try to beat him with the Stone Skipper.
Last was likely exercise....he ran a few nice races here last year that may have been even a little better than they looked, was very willing and game in a couple of the losses.
Im kind of a sucker for horses like this that seem to find their best stride at an advanced age...needs his very best here, and maybe Fantastical a step slow off the layoff.

You can claim him for $4k at Delta on Thursday.

A 7YO gelding and they keep swapping blinkers on and off?

Great bump, thanks.
That could be interesting strategy to keep a horse "Guessing" and change things up a bit. Don't know why the changes, maybe one of our resident trainers can chime in and talk about this.
