The coronavirus

The coronavirus is eerily similar to the one in the 2011 movie Contagion which starred Matt Damon. Both the coronavirus and fictional virus in the movie came from the orient and originated in a pig.

Much ado over practically nothing.

It’s just like SARS and MERS.

It will run it course.

And that will be that.

maybe, but closing down a city of 12 million and 70,000 movie theaters is not a good sign

Locking down 10 cities TOTALLY is a major step....

Maybe Trump can lock our boarders NOW....

Started from infected bats who bit other animals who were then eaten by people.Saw a picture yesterday , NY Post website I believe, of a young Chinese lady chowing down on a fried bat, wings still intact.Luckily for me, I hadn't eaten myself.

Major Hoople would approve.

And if you get that joke, you're, like me, really old.

And the bat was "grinning" at her. How about the guy eating live baby rats? They are still wiggling as he picks them up with chop sticks, dips them in a sauce and chows down? These are not starving people, this is what they do. It's no wonder China is ground zero for these animal borne illnesses.

I had relatives (long gone) who experienced the 1918 epidemic of what was wrongfully named the Spanish Flu.
Over 50 million died.
That is hardly much ado about nothing.
Hopefully you don't need to lose a loved one to change your lack of concern.
