TAMPA 12/26/2018 RACE 1

I used to brag I could make a living calling photo finishes.

Today was my wake up call , check out race 1 at Tampa.

Incredibly, the result went up less than a minute after the two
horses hit the finish line.

Sure looked like the 2 won it to me.

The photo is on the website. Was a tough one to call live and their slo-mo is at a deceptive angle.

Wow that did not even look close on the replay, and as you mentioned how unusual (or should I say refreshing?) that the photo results were up so rapidly. Might have to keep this TV angle in mind considering the in-play exchange wagering available on Tampa, forget if they close wagering once the winner hits the wire though.

The guy working the camera thought the 2 won as well.

Wow, that is some messed up angle. Never in a millon years would have thought the 6 wins.

I don't think the angle is bad on the regular view. They didn't use that for the slo-mo. I just think this was an odd one where you couldn't even see the bob.

The 2 was very unlucky to lose the bob.

Whoa whoa whoa stop the clock. When the clock stopped technology already knew what horse won the race.
