So I'm looking over the races for the day, this morning.....finding nothing worthwhile. But that doesn't stop a degenerate gambler....oh no. I'm not really a "degenrate"...more the "enthusiastic" gambler.

So I break out the PONYPICKER program--click my favorite, the 1-2-3 method and have a look see: just what I wanted.....a "price" horse in the first two--and last two races. (I like the early & late doubles)

I bet $5 win on the top two and last two races--then make a $5 double out of both. I prefer not to bet much...especially when I don't have anything good going, that I found myself.

The ol' 1-2-3 came through....nailed the early double, hit a 5-1 shot in the 2nd....just missed the late double but did hit the 8th race winner for $22 and change.

Just fooling around--wagered $30 and returned $146.50.

Not bad for a $25 software program:

Guess I picked the wrong three tracks today. Did Finger Lakes last week and did not do it today. Definately my loss.

Find yourself a couple tracks, ED....like Thistledown, Prarie Meadows, maybe Belterra...and study them a little bit. Forget Finger Lakes...a $6 payoff is considered a "bomb" there.

There are also methods you can use---they're on my site--that are adaptable to the PonyPicker program. The Pace angles I'm talking about--and the 3 tracks I mentioned are good ones for Pace View.

We have a member named Reb Ron....lives down the road from Prarie Meadows...hopefully, he'll do some study and give out winning some angles if he finds some.

How did that PP Projector from Brisnet work? Not trying to sell you on anything--but PP's come with Platinum...if you're interested. It's slightly condensed, with just the needed info.

I'll post one up so you and anyone else can see what they look like.

This is ARROGATE'S PP before the BC CLASSIC:

It worked fine. Just don't like Brisnets PP's. Not use to them. The above pp's from Platnium seem really complicated to me. Thank you for the info, but probably going to quit for awhile. Just zigging when I should be zagging. Need to go back to reading forms, when my eyes are able to. Thanks again for the info.

Not a problem, Ed.

Since we're going down memory lane....here's the EXOTIC TIP SHEET from the 2nd day of the BC. Note the two VALUE PLAYS....this was before Exotic Bets was even begun as a software program.
I don't remember who won all the races--but I see several winners here

I will look it over. I should remember who won since I was there. I played the Del Mar Breeders Cup tournament online last year and came in 4th. Did great the first day, made selections before I went to the races second day and made mistakes. Would not have won no matter what I payed though.

Like on your Hot List above, how do you decide who to play when there are 4 horses in a race. Been on your site the last few days reading about your Platnium.

I just mentioned this to someone in email....total up the points--and take the one with the lowest for sure....then if you have a longshot 12-1+ that's ranked #1 in any category, if I can fit that one in I try to.
With classy horses like these---they're all fit and ready. More important than the HOT LIST is the COMP report in this case. The lower-tier tracks--the HOT LIST is much more important.

Look at LADY ELI and SEA CALISI....I don't remember who won---but SEA CALISI --with those numbers--at 8-1 is a part of your exotic wager--win or lose.

Here is today's PLATINUM PLAY

7TH RACE Churchill LOU 8-1.

He has good PLATINUM numbers--early and late--top Bris--top POWER--at the top of his game now--- since racing 20 days ago---shows a workout which means today is a definate all-out go.

3RD RACE #6 FIVE STAR FACTOR 3-1 is the HOT HORSE of the day

Thank you. It seems that platnuim has alot of power ratings that ponypicker doesn't have. Plus alot of other buttons, Does the hot horse come off of the exoctic software.

Churchill, 6th Race

Hi Greg,

Who do you have in the 6th at Churchill?

Thanks. I like the #2 Gray Ransom.

I remember you mentioning this horse....he looks like he can compete--but shows no races and 1 work since the end of March.

His one win was a wire job....but I wouldn't count on him getting out of bed and wiring this bunch....unless he's working privately somewhere.

His trainer ships to win---so we'll see.

Good luck

Is this cool or what?
