I vote Haiti - the Clinton Foundation spent a couple Billion in donations there helping them recover from natural disaster.

From what I gather, they want to string her up in Haiti for what she promised but did not deliver and for some trafficking issues by people associated with her that the msm says are fake news but that are accurate in some areas.

I expect if things went south fast for them, it might be very likely and not the first to successfully fake her own death. I would imagine there is plenty of money in a foreign safety deposit box someplace.
