The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals found immigrants, legal or not, had a right to periodic bond hearings. In a victory for U.S. security, SCOTUS refuses to find such a right under immigration law and holds immigrants can be held indefinately. https://www.npr.org/2018/02/27/58909...d-indefinitely

Folks, that's called "Grand Theft, Auto."

Exactly my thoughts when I read it......”joyriding” in a stolen car
