Supreme Court to hear NJ's sports betting case

Monmouth Park may survive-and not be sold to Red China to be converted into a Confederate Flag factory.

Striking a blow for the 10th Amendment, the Supreme Court granted a writ of certiorari in the case of NJ taxpayers vs Greedy Sports leagues.A favorable decision would put the state on equal footing with the drug pushing states.
