Score One for Common Sense, Real Science and the Constitution

Court Rules California Law Requiring Use of Transgender Pronouns is a Violation of Free Speech

The State of California Third District Court of Appeals has ruled that forcing someone to use the various pronouns that are covered by a relatively new California law is unconstitutional because it infringes on the right of free speech. Liberals are up in arms about the court ruling not because the judgement was reached using the Constitution as a guide but because they do not believe in the Constitution.

Sooo..this will decision will get kicked up to the State Supreme Court, and assuming they reverse it, will make it to the U.S. Supreme Court -- the court that is often A.W.O.L. on social issues. This should get really interesting.

But there is another facet to this twisted, demented, perverse California Law that might come to light depending on how subsequent decisions go. It's a little item called Religious Freedom . Since the vast majority of conservative Evangelical Christians believe God created only two biologically distinct sexes -- male and female -- Adam and Eve, most such Christians would not buy into the state's extended, depraved definition of the noun "sex" but would rather remain true to the Word of God, to real science and to their conscience.

Evangelical Christians and SCIENCE don't really mix well at times.

So risk of hypocrisy stands at EXTREMELY HIGH

Not true at all. That is a straw man created by infidels. If they didn't create this false dichotomy, they would have absolutely no defense of their godless worldview.

So what I really want to know is what would a liberal classify Pat as today?

I am sure the Pat skits would not be considered PC today.

You think? Even so...because I'm not humor-impaired like so many around here, I nearly split a gut watching it.
