1- why tell Iran and the world "we will strike at our choosing " instead of doing so when we were being attacked to begin with? Among other things it allowed the targets mentioned to be relocated. All of which could be done so quickly

2- why bomb the targets at midnight? No one of importance will be there at that time (of course, they've moved operations with the heads up). Are we now afraid of killing leaders that are responsible for American deaths. The whole thing is a joke

It's been widely reported... I mean Joseph Robbin-us Briben does not what to damage his chance at that Nuke deal with Iran. So yes he had General Milley call in and give a detailed list of targets and times. So they could move out anything of value and leave the tents and latrines to be targeted by millions in armaments to enrich General Dynamics Raytheon and GE to replace them.
