AP called the race for Durr (the truck diver.)
Durr has 32,134 votes (51½%) to Sweeney's 30,125 (48½%) with only 1,200+ votes left to count.
And the Dems still don't get it. Durr dethrones someone with 20 years in the NJ Senate, the last 10 or so as the top dog. And the Dems are acting like it's n0 big deal.

And the Dems and RINO Republicans wonder why many of us believe that the 2020 race was stolen.

Sweeney announced that they "found" 12,000 new ballots.
Normally, these local city and county elections rarely have an election turnout greater than 12, 000 yet that's the number "found".
Edward Dorr is the rightful new state senator and Jack Chiattarelli is the governor don't kid yourself. But come New years day, they both probably will not be on the podium getting sworn in.

How do you lose 12,000 ballots in an election where less than 100,000 votes will be cast?

This was in our local paper last week:
TRENTON, N.J. – New Jersey’s longtime state Senate president, Democrat Steve Sweeney, has lost reelection, falling to a Republican newcomer who spent less than $200 on the race and leaving his party reeling. Edward Durr, a furniture company truck driver and political newcomer, has defeated Sweeney in New Jersey’s 3rd Legislative District, according to results tallied Thursday. “It is stunning and shocking and I cannot figure it out,” said Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg said in an interview.
SHE CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!!!!! She's either being purposely obtuse or she is totally stupid. I'm not ruling out the latter.
We need to rid our country of the permanent politicians. They all need to be kicked out of office. The ones who keep doing the tax & spending us into oblivion. The ones who want to keep taking away more & more of our liberty. Things like vaccine mandates, having the IRS do warrantless searches into everyone's bank accounts, etc.
