Nobody was turning a blind eye to Trump....ever....that's called FOUR+ YEARS OF ELECTION RIGGING
BELIEVE ME (as Trump likes to say), if you had ANYTHING on Trump that would have removed him from office EARLY, he would have BEEN GONE.
The entire establishment (INCLUDING LOADS OF REPUBLICANS)+ the INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES + THE MASS MEDIA were completely against him.
