Tx, Jay. I thought the key was that stout 6f to mile-marker segment turned in By Mr Wireless at Indy when forcing the same sort of moderate splits likely to play out in our derby. And he fit the a specific profile common in key aspects to most wv derby winners.

None of this was rocket science, correct? Or why 8/5?? Lol. As to Bourbonic, I've never seen a wv derby winner sport pp's looking even remotely like his. He was the anti-profile horse. And an incredibly dumb bet.

Btw, do you resemble John Larroquette? I imagine posters looking like their avatars. Can't help it.

First, the Avatar is Tim Conway, the oldest man in the world. According to a couple of relatives, I do resemble my Avatar, with red hair.

You gotta admit..it does look a bit like John L.....btw..Did you know Conway galloped horses as a young guy (at TDN and now-defunct Randall Park) and aspired to be a jock?

Oldest Man in the World

My favorite one was where The Oldest Man in the World was trying to sell a Hot Dog and a Milkshake to Harvey Korman, who was in a rush.
