The Presidential election is comprised of 51 separate elections, 50 states and Washington D.C.
If the states refuse to enforce or adhere to their election laws there is nothing that any court, including the Supreme Court can do about it.

Think about it.
In states and cities all around the country laws are not being enforced.
Looting, rioting, assault and weapons cases are not being brought against offenders, even when they are caught in the act or identified.

It's over, the cheaters won.
Now it's time for them to celebrate their well earned victory.
