none that i have seen. they have more judges in that court than any other federal court and the government wins more money with fines and seizures than any where else.

I meant to quote post #423 here. That is probably the thing that stands out the most to me. Dirty trainers might be even more emboldened knowing that if they can keep the supply chain secret they will get away with what they are doing. Why would they think that the racing entities would spend the money for testing.

Dopers get away with this stuff mostly because the federal government and states rarely investigate. It's actually VERY hard to keep supply chains secret over time if law enforcement is watching.

“With the Works” (DiJulio) posted on Twitter that he’s hearing of another So Fla FBI sting. No other details and I haven’t seen anyone else mention

Yeh Boomer, the old boys network kicks in. Was watching a race today, and a horse in the race was previously trained by Jorge Navarro. One of the on air personalities said the horse was coming out of a barn that "got horses to run above their ability", or something very similar to that. When I heard that, I thought, just be honest. Say the trainer was indicted for using PEDs. But, this sport seems allergic to pointing stuff like this out.

I had a question that maybe one of the database users on this site could figure out - since Servis' suspension, for all the horses who transferred from him to another trainer, have any of these horses hit a new top figure (beyer-wise, or any speed figure you may use) under the care of their new trainer? Have seen a lot of regression, or horses who never seemed to resurface.
I guess there's been one, Doll, who finally learned how to win this year, but other than that I really don't think I've seen any horse to naturally improve or stay even at the same high level once they were out of the Servis barn.
