I feel honored to be mentioned in the same paragraph as Dave Schwartz.

Lol. I wasn’t suggesting you do yoga. Although, virtually anybody can do yoga. It’s first and foremost about harnessing your attention and breathing. So, if you just sat and took conscious breaths or just sat and listened attentively to the birds in your backyard, or observed the working of your thoughts without attaching to them - all that is yoga. But, my reference was to Yogi Berra. The position catchers assume behind the plate, especially in Yogi’s day, is very similar to the yoga position called “malasana squat.”

And we shouldn't forget that I had the best Rabbi that ever was and ever will be as my teacher.

Morning routine. Pee, start coffee, feed cat, brush teeth and shave. Wash down 3 Advils with coffee, grab a vitamin package as I start breakfast. As the two eggs over hard and 4 breakfast sausages cook, I take the vitamins then check business e-mails. I eat breakfast then take morning medication.
Then I inject insulin. You get the picture.
Good grief! And I thought I had a morning "routine"!

You guys are a strange bunch. What is it about the fact that I practice yoga that you think it means it is involved in me wanting to teach you something. I also said I’m a long distance swimmer. Why haven’t you latched on that?

What I find "strange" is that you completely missed "the fact" that my quote you posted had nothing to do with you but was in response to what Thaskalos wrote.

But I'll tell ya what....I'll take those swimming lessons from you if you in turn will let me teach you a few things about reading comprehension. How's that for a deal?

Serious question.
If anyone accepts the premise of this thread, how you rationalize buying into anything posted here by am anonymous internet troll who can't back up a single thing?

Asking for a friend.

Why do you call him "anonymous"? Don't you believe that his name is Kyle?

(I could be wrong, but) I know this man.
He is real enough.

It's been a long time.

What has it been, Kyle?
20+ years?

As I’m trying to forget everything I ever thought I knew, can you refresh my memory?

I’m about to wrap things up here and bid the forum adieu. I will entertain writing a thread on the ongoing psyop that is Donald Trump. If three people would like that let me know. On the horseracing front, I like Spicybug today in the 11th at SA.
