In The Bag At Foxboro Raceway 1986 - Here are a few shots of one of Foxboro Raceway's most winningest horses in 1986. In The Bag was owned by Allen McNeil, trained by Bill Popp and driven by Kim Ireland. The horse used to race dead last until he hit the stretch and overtake everyone at the finish line. In The Bag had a nice following at Foxboro as you can see in the Winner's Circle.
