I can state with confidence that everyone over the age 70 is in cognitive decline. But, the important point is what level is it declining from and how far has it declined? I fear that a 2% decline in Joe Biden is a tipping point. The same cannot be said of Trump.
So, yes, I'm conceding your point that Trump is in cognitive decline.
Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger are also in cognitive decline. You should be so lucky as to have anything equal to their cognitive function.

But, even more than factual blunders, Trump is irrational, angry and lacks self control. Judge Edgerton just placed a gag order on him. Why? For insulting the Judge’s clerk. Claiming she was Chuck Schumer’s girlfriend. Can you get anymore delusional than that?
His campaign speeches are replete with missteps, threats of violence and murder, lies, misinformation and disinformation. He has promised to hang the retiring Chief of the Joint Chiefs, imprison the Attorney General, the President and any one who disagrees with him. He knows he lost the election one minute. The next he’s ranting about a stolen election.

I was at Delmar talking to this elderly gentleman I struck up a conversation with, at the time I was probably 19. If someone appeared intelligent, I was always wanting to pick their brain. This was especially true when I saw someone cash a ticket on a horse I had no clue on. He was leaning on a bar that was closed and had lots of notes on his Racing Form, mine just had my Beyer figs I made on it. The notes were from trip handicapping. This guy was brilliant, and talking at an auctioneer's pace. We hung out for a while and I bought a couple rounds of beer. Further into the conversations he mentions
living in New York when he was my age and seeing Man O' War run. I had figured this guy to be in his 60's and he had figured me to be in my mid 20's.
This guy was 88 years old! I told him I did not believe him and he showed me his I.D. If that guy was in cognitive decline he must have started with a 200 I.Q.

Considering all that Biden is mentally worse, hands down, by a country mile.
You with the most ridiculous political bias of anyone in the USA refuses to see this, or you are just an annoying troll. I think it is a little of both.

'Cause Kelly is full of shit, most likely.
If you would actually read threads before commenting, you would see I already addressed this issue here in this thread.
Were you also cheering on Kelly's selection as chief of staff when Trump hired him?
Let me go back and look...my guess is NO
But now, all of a sudden, when he has bad things to say about the guy who fired him, Kelly is another one of your TDS heroes.

And what we actually need God's help with is this:
GETTING BACK TO THE COUNTRY WE WERE UNDER TRUMP AND BEFORE COVID
that's where we REALLY need divine intervention.

It is real simple.
Those "facts" mean NOTHING.
ALL that matters is his achivements when he was un office.
Since he left, everything has shit the bed,
Border, inflation, national security, domestic law and orde, foreign entanglements.

I see. So, a distinguished Marine Corps general who served as Chief Of Staff under Trump is "full of shit," while rabid, MAGA, armchair experts know better.
Interesting.,,

You just mentioned Kelly -- you ignored the details of what he said about Trump.

No, nor did I "cheer" when any other president appointed a chief of staff. It's better to be rational, thoughtful and sedate about political matters, rather than be reactionary and frothing at the mouth.
Additionally, Kelly is a military serviceman. He just does his job and serves whoever commands him, regardless of politics.

I didn't know Kelly's political leanings when he was appointed nor do I know them now that he has revealed the truth about Trump.
However, I certainly believe that what Kelly says about Trump is true, as Trump himself has repeatedly criticized and acted with disdain towards fallen/injured military service members.
Kelly is merely further confirming what those of us not in the MAGA cult already know.
It's just amazing to the rest of the world that Trump supporters don't see/acknowledge those facts.

Of course, MAGA people ignore/deny facts. That's a given with a cult.

Well, that's a whole other "clown show", too broad for the topic presented by the OP.

Right... everything is in a dire state, and it suddenly became so when Trump lost the election, and it's all Biden's/Hillary's/Obama's fault... /s
