I Finished My Home Theater Just In Time For the Derby
I have been working on converting my basement into a Home Theater. I recently finished it. I have installed a regular 32" HDTV with surround sound stereo, a vintage 25" flat screen tube TV for watching my old 12" Laserdisc movies and VHS tapes, and I put in a 100" screen and HD projector (with a Roku Stick attached) for watching anything and everything, including horse racing. I'll be sitting front and center on the couch viewing the big screen during the Derby, that's for sure.
The theme of the room is Horses and Horse Racing with a little Western Motif thrown in, since I also enjoy watching Westerns.
The bar is open, so I can enjoy that as well. Kentucky Bourbon at-the-ready.
Speaking of enjoying, enjoy the Derby, gents.

Cool. What year are your derby glasses? Mine are long since gone, but I went last in 1999.

That's an easy one, Michael. I like Wild Turkey Kentucky Bourbon. I like other brands as well, but I always seem to come back to REGULAR Wild Turkey, 81 proof. I don't drink Rocket Fuel. Nothing over 90 proof. Too volitile for me.

Yes sir. It's an antique copper/brass extinguisher. I got it at a garage sale a long time ago, around 1982 ish. It is complete with internal bottle, holder and lead stopper.

If you're wondering why some of your posts say "edited by" me at the bottom...I have been fixing your oversized images that tend to blow out the page and make it difficult to read...

Thank you! I was wondering what the heck was going on. I am sorry. I post to other forums (non-horse racing) and they auto-scale images.
So I need to scale DOWN my photos. I will remember that from now on.

There is a tool already in place, although it's not automatic...you have to press the button after highlighting the image link you want to resize
See attached image for which button resizes images for you:
