All 47 dem senators will vote to subpoena Bolton.
Needs 4 brave republicans to buck the president to issue said subpoena.

what difference does it make whether anyone testifies or not, the President is not getting convicted no matter what he did or does until maybe after he is out of office if there is anything to convict him of.
