Day at the track has all kinds of international racing. France, Sweden, ect...

Being a sucker for a quixotic love story, I'd advise you to watch the races from there another day and at least get the name of the track and/or the network it is televised on. Once you've got the name of the track, I'd imagine you could get the name of this fair maiden in mere seconds through our friend Google.
