We Shouldn't Overlook the Good in this World
As dark as this world is, the light often breaks through to shine on a good deed, kind act or generous action. This thread is designed to inspire us to look for ways to help our fellow man...and even God's critters.
Georgia Woman Gifts Car to Teen Who Walked 7 Miles to Work Every Day
Lavonda Wright raised money to buy a car for a young man who walked seven miles to and from his job after school every day.

I picked up my latest foster yesterday at the local county animal shelter. Our rescue took in 3 puppies and Momma.
They were living on the street with mom for 8-9 weeks. Animal control finally captured them. We have puppy specific fosters in our group. They got the pups.
Wife and I taking in Mom for rehabilitation (she's been treated horribly by someone) very timid and gun shy. But she's doing pretty well actually for the first 1.5 days. I am watching her on a baby monitor at my desk while I work.
We have had a couple of blind dogs in our rescue. Small dogs. They seem to adapt pretty well all things considered.

Go find Hcap and bring him back. Remind him that PA has forgiven him.

And replacing me with Hcap would certainly prove that point.

Your fault...you should never have made that bet. Poor handicapping on your part.

only a brain dead boxhead could look at in that light.
you L O S T, that is indisputable.
your bet did not say if Hcap was no longer here, it would be void.
what does it feel like to be a dishonourable boxhead?

Not at all dishonorable or dishonourable. It is understood by most thinking people that a bettor can only make good on his bet if the other party to which he indebted is around to collect on it. You seem to think that my wager with Hcap extended to the entire forum.
And as also explained previously, Hcap and I both won because we both got what we wanted -- just not in the way either of us intended -- proving that God does indeed work in mysterious ways.

Not really. Biden did not win this election; it was stolen for him. But also you might recall that I told Hcap plainly that I considered myself to be in a win/win situation, no matter the outcome.
Analogy: Have you ever lost a bet on a bad call by race stewards? After the bad or questionable call, did you believe you made a bad bet based on poor handicapping?
