Dominion sues Giuliani for $1.3 billion
From article:
This is the second defamation lawsuit Dominion has filed in recent weeks seeking to recoup its losses following the Trump post-election disinformation campaign. The vote auditing company previously sued lawyer Sidney Powell, who pushed similar claims alongside Giuliani. The Powell lawsuit is still in its earliest stage.

discovery should be interesting, as both Rudy and Sidney are saying things happen like access to the internet that the CEO of Dominion said can not happen.

Fox News, Newsmax walk back voter fraud claims after legal threat.
"No evidence has been offered that Dominion or Smartmatic used software or reprogrammed software that manipulated votes in the 2020 election," Mr Tabacco added.
Newsmax
Lou Dobbs ran a segment debunking his own lies about Smartmatic voting machines

Funny how Republicans change their tune when faced with putting up or shutting up.

American Thinker comes clean:
https://www.americanthinker.com/blog...statement.html
“American Thinker and contributors Andrea Widburg, R.D. Wedge, Brian Tomlinson, and Peggy Ryan have published pieces on www.AmericanThinker.com that falsely accuse US Dominion Inc., Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., and Dominion Voting Systems Corporation (collectively “Dominion”) of conspiring to steal the November 2020 election from Donald Trump. These pieces rely on discredited sources who have peddled debunked theories about Dominion’s supposed ties to Venezuela, fraud on Dominion’s machines that resulted in massive vote switching or weighted votes, and other claims falsely stating that there is credible evidence that Dominion acted fraudulently.
These statements are completely false and have no basis in fact. Industry experts and public officials alike have confirmed that Dominion conducted itself appropriately and that there is simply no evidence to support these claims.
It was wrong for us to publish these false statements. We apologize to Dominion for all of the harm this caused them and their employees. We also apologize to our readers for abandoning 9 journalistic principles and misrepresenting Dominion’s track record and its limited role in tabulating votes for the November 2020 election. We regret this grave error.”

"Accusations are shouted from the rooftops
Retractions are whispered from the cellars"
Supposedly an old French proverb.Pretty accurate however.

What do you think was the motivation behind these "discredited sources who have peddled debunked theories" to peddle said "debunked theories?"
I mean, a couple of these "discredited sources" must include RudyG and his sidekick Sidney "The Kraken" Powell.
What was THEIR motivation to peddle in "debunked theories?"
And what was the motivation of sites like American Thinker to PUBLISH these "debunked theories?"
I find all of this INCREDIBLY fascinating.
Two longtime lawyers. One VERY FAMOUS...one not as famous.
He was a US associate AG and was also US Attorney for the Southern District of NY (and we all know how IMPORTANT that this...everyone tells me all the good work they are doing taking down Trump).
What motivates a guy like RudyG, a former US assoc. AG and former US Attny for SDONY, to PEDDLE IN LIES? Was he unaware of the potential legal/civil jeopardy he was placing himself by doing so? Did he not realize he could be sued? Are people in the habit of risking piles of money like that?
Serious questions that shouldn't be easily brushed aside with a half-witty quip or two about hair dye.

My late cousin was a lawyer, his 2nd favorite line was "you can sue anyone for anything. Collecting is another issue altogether"
