Why the anger... what's a matter don't like the new equity policies from your party. I mean it's just a case of your white privileged old ass had a bike... that some oppressed person wanted. Com On Man Equity... in action. Plus I'm sure your insurance will buy you a new My Little Pony bike. Just don't put the box to the curb... cause they'll know you have another to share.

I do like the part about campaign contributions being used for personal expenses if you are not in office.
It makes me all warm and tingly inside that I could change my name every 4 years to something close to a democrat and run for campaign donations that I would live off of in my retirement.

But wait, there’s more to that section and that makes all the difference. ....but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations.
|
Is the above a reference to Federal election regulations i.e. legal voting age or to any and all regulations pertaining to federal elections?

Don't bet on it because it would be in line with the constitution to strike it down

shocking that the right to sign a recall petition for Newsome needs more verification than the right for every one to vote

So, Congress is completely within its rights, ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION to exercise oversight in Federal elections..
Why is this guy from Real Clear Politics really opposed to this legislation? Maybe it’s the provision that says any person knowingly making false accusations of election fraud is subject to fines up to $100,000 and prison up to five years.
Just another crime to charge Donald with. Of course we can’t do that due to the Constitutional prohibition on ExPost Facto laws.

The Nuremberg Laws were legally passed as well.
Being legal and being right are not always the same.
