Not sure what's doing it. Some tracks have normal audio. More than a few (i.e. Finger Lakes) have audio so low, the volume has to be turned up to the max to hear anything. Then when a normal track is chosen, it's way too loud. And heaven help your ears if you forget to change it from a quiet track to the Blast-O-Matic at Penn National.
I can understand it happening for a few races or even a day, but it never changes. Week after week, the same thing.
Pete. I apologize for the low audio at Finger Lakes. I told the video department about this problem TWO years ago. Talk about being frustrated, unfortunately I'm getting a little thin up top so there isn't much hair left to keep pulling.
Robert's communications says it's on our end. the video department says it's on their end. All I know is that the he says she says routine is getting real old.
We recently have gone to a High Definition presentation, and now there is a delay between the audio and video. Trying to access our replays via the website is just a waste of time. My patience has truly been tested in my ten years at Finger Lakes.
