Every time I hear Landaluce mentioned, Harry Henson's call of her 21 length stakes win plays in my head. 1:08 6F at the age of two, such a shame she died so young. Glad I saw her run in person at Hollywood Park.

I saw the Silver Screen where she smoked Southern Halo and Snow Chief, along with my mutual tickets. Too bad she only raced 5 times like Landaluce.

Speaking of Cruguet. He rode Flying Waters ( arguably already very good) but had more greatness ahead) into the rail trying to squeeze trhough a disappearing hole. Horse had to be euthanized.
