Class designation question

In the 1st at PARX today, "Mischievous Jones" last race looks like this: Clm7500n3L-v, what does the "v" designate? Guess I should know that, but, alas, I do not.

That means that the horse was claimed by the claim was voided. Usually, that means that the horse was not sound after the race.

They voided the claim - someone tried to claim the horse and the vets I believe for whatever reason (we're not privy) voided it.

I had no clue what it was either until I looked it up sometime back. It still bothers me that there's no actual reason for the void.

How do I know Trainer Timmy isn't golfing buddies with Veronica the Vet's boyfriend? I would like to know the actual reason for the voided claim. It could be the paper work was missing the date. BAM!@#$ voided because the paper work. The horse could be fine. Who knows... or the horse could be really hurt post race. Nobody knows. It's one of those... smells like tuna,... swims like tuna. it's 100% fishy
