Worst Stock Investment Ever

Lost my balls today on NVAX, a speculative vaccine company. Stock tanked 84% when clinical trials didn't pan out (this after all reports said there was a 95% certainty that they were going to get approval).

Nothing to do now but finish this bottle of wine and remind myself to stick to horses!

What's MUX? Anyway, no cash now to play around with - I got my ass whupped, and I gotta let it heal.

Looked it up - don't like the chart. Triple head and shoulders tops.

But then, what do I know, I'm a horseplayer, and I loved the chart on NVAX!

I feel your pain. That's why I left individual stocks long ago and now only trade index futures and index options. (ES and RUT).

Not that you can't lose a ton during one of those "flash crashes"

Buying puts and selling naked calls against the S&P500 in 1999. I was too soon by a year.

$4.80 in August, then looks to have bottomed at $3.00 the other day. Might step in at $3.20.
