Betzotic
I may be jumping the gun but it appears the ADW mess in illinois will finally be rectified soon. I hated the way twinspires handled this mess. I see that betzotic is an authorized ADW in Illinois. Does anyone use them and how are they?

I've looked at Betzotic before, but their schedule is pretty limited compared to TS and XB.
Why are you upset with Twinspires on this issue? After all, they continued to take wagers well in January after the ADW law expired.
Twinspires has their issues, but I put the majority of the blame on the IRB and the crooked politicians out of Chicago. It appears, at least on the surface, that the casino expansion bill which included other internet gambling initially, was the major roadblock in all this.
As for me, I'll continue my boycott of Illinois tracks, and just grit my teeth that the other tracks I'm wagering on have some of that handle filtering back to Illinois....

Not 1 update from them until a couple weeks ago. I called them a couple times to ask what were their efforts in resolving this matter and their response was for me to call my reps and consider going to a arlington otb. I asked them about their lobbying efforts and about them getting the media involved. They just blew me off.
Regarding betzotic, the major tracks are listed, Ill use twinspires for the few times I play foreign tracks.

I agree that Twinspires didn't do a very good job of keeping us up-to-date on the ADW issues.
Xpressbet, TVG, Betzotic, the Illinois Racing Board and HANA didn't seem to do much either, though who knows what really was going on behind the scenes. Betzotic really has some explaining to do, as unlike the other ADWs, they only have Illinois residents as account holders.
I can see where Twinspires doesn't get too excited, as maybe their business drops off 5% or so. But a 100% drop in business for Betzotic should have been motivating for them....

I don't think any of them had much clout.
