Looks like PACE VIEW is doing better than my own "magic touch" at Parx, with winners already. The 7th SWEETEST YET and 10th DUFF are PV picks, so maybe we can get some action going there. Think the others may be scratched in the 10th.
Couple other PV LONE SPEED PLAYS coming up--
EMERALD--2ND ANOTHER WINTER 4-1
PENN --2ND POOL WINNER 5-1
good luck

LOL.....no Mike....Pace View is the software program---the "mythical magic touch" is my own handicapping. Once you use the software for awhile---certain horses stand out--they might be lone speed, or best-bets, spot-plays-- or simply top rated.

Low-Tech Method
If you ever go out to the track with a friend--and your friend doesn’t know how to handicap, print this method out and bring it along. It will give THEM some fun, and they’ll probably win some money!
-Get your friend a “form” and a pen..or let them use yours..here are the simple rules:
*USE ONLY THE LAST 3 RACES
*USE ONLY THE LAST 3 CALLS
*AWARD 3 PTS FOR EACH CALL IN 1ST PL
*AWARD 2 PTS FOR EACH CALL IN 2ND PL
*AWARD 1 PT FOR EACH CALL IN 3RD PL
AWARD NO POINTS FOR 4TH OR WORSE
AN EXAMPLE:
RACE 1- 3 3 1 = 5
RACE 2- 4 1 6 = 3
RACE 3- 2 1 3 = 6
TOTAL SCORE = 14
THE PLAY IS THE HORSE WITH THE HIGHEST SCORE
My wife used this simple method and won a lot more than I did!
Of course, that was years ago, before I knew what I was doing at the track

It's been done?
You know..you could take something like that--add in the avg of the last 3 speed--toss in the EPS for a class component, have yourself a comprehensive speed/pace/class figure with no work involved. LOL someone may be selling that method next week.

With Pro Rated Longshots the horse had to finish out of the money last race. That's where "Longshot " comes from.

extreme pace
Finding these "extreme" pace plays aren't difficult--if you know what to look for. Or even if you THINK you know what to look for...start looking

This one has been around for many years "Tote Exotics Selection Rating Formula" its in a book, and you would normally add further points for...
Course & Distance Winner = 3 points
Distance Winner = 2 points
Course Winner = 1 point
Not bad for picking selections when there is a tote exotics carry over.

You weren't supposed to give away the ENTIRE method, sunshine..you let the rubes have the part I posted, while us experts keep the "course & distance" part for ourselves.

Nice going on your software...
Keep me on your special VIP List ...
I got so much other stuff , I cant add another too it...
Question:
Do you have to load one track at a time or can you do a mass attack on all tracks at once?

I hooked handi up.....he liked it so much..he ordered a PAY copy..LOL I told him "let me tell you a secret--they're the same THING!" I had told him he was getting the DEALER'S COPY hahaha. He's a pretty cool guy--since he gives everyone a free program--out of the goodness of my heart, I issued a refund. I hoped I hadn't insulted him--he knows I'm like you mike--only you're 10X more insulting
And yes---it's just one track at a time (did you really ask that?)
Let me know when you want to take a look at the program, mike. NO REFUNDS AFTER YOU TOUCH IT---that's for mike only
