The students stuck in Afghanistan are from Californica. They were likely sent there by their parents and teachers to see for themselves that all of the bad news about Afghanistan and Taliban terrorist is not true.
Now they are stuck there because, It's Trumps Fault.

The students were from El Cajon, where I grew up. They were all Afghans that go to school in El Cajon. They went to visit. They should all have been brought back, but they have not been.
