Javier Castellano's absence?

He last rode on the 16th at Remington. Does anyone know if his absence is related to racing (injury, suspension, etc.) or perhaps some personal time? He is conspicuously absent from the opening day card on the 26th at Santa Anita.

Not sure of time frame involved but pretty certain I read he received a suspension ruling in the near past. I know I've been watching for him too. The way these guys are traveling around these days it's kinda hard to keep track of them sometimes.
