Her defense is she paid him back in cash. In my opinion, this would be the first time in history that a married man took his side whore on an island vacation , banged her for a few days , then brought her home and she kicked him back half his expenses. gtfo

After seeing that human excrement perform on the stand, I see no way she would ever entertain the thought of paying him anything. He owed her for his job and for all the sex she gave him. She comes across as someone who counts the favors she provides so that she can get her due later.

When Fani was going on about she knew where every dollar came from... and how money was fungible and all that blood sweat and tears BS. She mentioned one particular resource of the cash she had. She said when she first ran for office she took money out of her campaign account and took it home. Any one else catch that? She admitted to taking campaign fund for personal use gains. I think Fani exposure her ass there...

I also think she rode the witness earlier and that explains why her dress was on backwards.

you don't FEEL the campaign cash was kept in a separate pile and just used for campaigning?

As for dividing expenses with male friends it was usually was top winner pays. A lot of outings with male friends were to the track, OTB, sportsbook or casino. Probably if I was smarter I would have made a small stupid bet in the last race. I forgot the name but at our yearly LA County Fair group outing we stopped at which at the time was a $30+ a piece restaurant after the races.

When the same group went to Del Mar we hit the Fish Market restaurant.
Quite a few times I would be neck and neck going down to the last race as who would be the most profitable out of a 4-5 person group.


I suppose ego got the better of me as the will to even beat the next guy even by $25 superseded picking up a $150 dinner tab.


The occasional coworker track outing was different than my friends who were hardcore sports gamblers, winner buys what was up to the discretion of the winner. If everyone lost other than the guy who made $25 it was McDonalds, not steak and lobster.

If she lied she has obviously committed a fraud on the court.

This would be a serious offense that the state bar will take up…..

She testified that their relationship didn’t begin before he was working for the county. If that’s proven wrong, it’s obvious she then gave her boyfriend a plumb position with pay at over 10x what others in the same position have been paid.

She is toast and hopefully this judge drops the hammer on her.

So far, the defense has failed miserably in proving Willis lied. One witness, Robin Bryant-Yeartie has testified that Ms. Willis told her she was in a a romantic relationship with Mr. Wade prior to appointing him as Special Prosecutor. No other witnesses were presented to corroborate that.

One witness, Robin Bryant-Yeartie claims to have witnessed Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade hugging and kissing in that time frame. Again, there are no corroborating witnesses.

Ms. Bryant-Yeartie testimony is suspect for a number of reasons. The main one being that DA Willis forced her to resign from the DA’s office. Apparently for poor performance.definitely motive for revenge testimony.

Watching Bryant-Yeartie testify, I was struck by the sparseness of her answers. Almost every response she gave was yes or no, with zero detail.


Then, we have the testimony this morning from former Governor Roy Barnes that Willis offered him the job of Special Prosecutor in August 2021;3 months before she appointed Wade.
