Everyone is tied at ZERO ... do they have to wait until the polls close in 10 minutes before they start reporting, or before they start counting?

Lori Lightfoot failed to reach the runoff phase, receiving 16% of the total vote and finishing in third place. Not really a surprise in my opinion.

Do you know why she lost? If she had more criminals in lock-up than she had running around loose on the streets, she could have pulled this out. That's what she gets for being soft on crime. It came back to bite her because she couldn't harvest enough votes from the lock-up population.
