Pennsylvania Derby
I'm generally wrong about all things horse racing, but I believe that Taiba is going to house these dudes today.
Drawn a bit outside, which isn't a bad place to be at Parx, which should enable him to stalk while (most importantly) not taking dirt.
Mike gives 'em the slip on the far turn after taking over from We The People and maybe Skippy.
I'll use Zandon and Tawny Port underneath.
Best of luck, and who ya' got here?

Taiba is my pick, followed by Skippy and Tawny.
I think the Travers Beyer is too high and some low odds horses are hiding behind it.
Good luck, best day of racing in a long time.

Had Zandon and Taiba as my contenders. The way the track's currently playing - I can't play Zandon on top.
I think Taiba runs away with it at even money. (that said, I can't read the tea leaves today)

That Travers Beyer looked a bit suspicious to me also as a reflection of how good those horses are. Whether the track changed speeds, 10F was a little different, the wind blew, or it was race dynamics I don’t know, but I didn’t see anything obvious other than a lot of horses ran new tops.

Taiba is a unique dirt horse who can press and make a quick acceleration on the turn, see that on turf but not so much on dirt.
Was the inside real good yesterday? Normally buried on the rail is not so good at parx.

Seemed at least fair, and maybe a bit better than other paths IMO.
