How could anyone who wasn't criminal scum or aspiring to be vote for that POS?There are people in society who cannot be rehabilitated, that is what a lot of liberals cannot seem to get through their thick skulls. Our issues with having so many people incarcerated is the fact we share a 2,000 mile leaky border with a country with a murder rate 4-5x ours that keep us supplied in illegal drugs and street gang members. Then there is the issue of how Democrats enable criminal behavior by another minority segment of the population. Just look at those racist crime statistics. Of course Democrats think the violent crime solution is to take guns away from law abiding citizens.

Just think how many people in NYC would get mugged if the predators knew all their potential victims were packing.
You just don’t get it. Again. You’re just not smart enough. Not an insult. A fact.

Under the old system, anyone who had the money for bail could get out. Regardless of how dangerous he might be. Now the court gats to make a determination. Everybody DOES NOT go free. Dangerous people are kept in jail no matter how much money they have. But non violent offenders are allowed to remain free pending trial.

Not true, dummy

If a judge or the prosecuting attorney (not sure which one...or maybe either one) determines someone is DANGEROUS or a FLIGHT RISK they can deny bail under the current system.

You know, like you want to do with TRUMP!

BAIL isn't a RIGHT. Even in Chicago.

So it's NOT anyone who had money could get out...

And if you can't afford bail, don't get arrested in the first place...duh

Now they have an even greater incentive to commit crimes...no bail man...no reason to show up to your court date...you're a criminal after all...why the fuck would you honor your court date?

You really are an idiot. And so is your city/state.

Can't wait until you start crying about how there is all this crime going unchecked in Chicago.

Can't wait until all the stores start closing up and moving out of state because shoplifting is now basically condoned as are all the other "non-violent" crimes and the criminals you seem to love now and want to treat better then anyone else in town.

And people wonder why a guy who's been indicted 10,000,000 times is leading Biden in the polls.

It’s quite clear who is the one who doesn’t get it…..here’s the first one and certainly non-violent. Only 4 felony counts of assault.

"Ooh, it makes me wonder..."

What should happen to individuals in flash mobs of looters when they ransack the city-owned store?

What are your useful skills again, that display intelligence, what are your accomplishments, you are proud of? So funny that you never answer those questions. It is obvious you do not have any.

Being the master of grade school level insults and where to quickly find pictures of naked boys are not considered useful skills. I will admit I would have no idea how to find kiddie porn, you got me on that one, you creep.

Absolutely... and pare back early voting... to a work week at most.

NYS just authorized early/mail in voting today.
I applaud it.

It makes voting more accessible to more people.
In a country this sizein-person voting on one day is ridiculous.

Rules need to be in place, and safeguards, sure. But the GOP better embrace it and fight for them, or they will lose agin.

What could done to prevent unsolicited ballots being available?
And can it be done to encourage GOP voers to be heard?

"Trailerpark" Trashy Kathy jumped the gun.
The NYS Constitution specifically defines the limited cases where a mail ballot may be used.

GOP suing the state.

Asking for a freind, why can't dems in the executive branched bother to know the F****** laws they swear to uphold? Can they read? (someone read this to Sed, Swinging Dick, 46......)

Democrats don't care about any constitution.
